At Western Linens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your home textiles aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unused linens in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
